In a recent notification, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has announced an extension in the schedule for the submission of online examination forms for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th, along with the Renewal Registration Returns for Classes 11th and 12th, for the Annual (Regular) Examination 2024.
The extension is applicable to students in the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, particularly for those who could not submit their forms earlier.
This includes students declared as fall/re-appear in the Annual Regular 2023 examination but were provisionally admitted to the next higher class.
These students have now successfully qualified in all five compulsory subjects in the Bi-Annual/Annual (Private) 2023 examination.
Candidates with additional subjects (5+): Rs. 1530/- per candidate along with Renewal Registration Fee (Rs. 210/- per candidate), totaling Rs. 1740/- per candidate.
It’s important to note that there will be a single combined portal for the submission of online examination and Renewal Registration forms for classes 11th and 12th.
The notification also emphasizes that eligible candidates who haven’t submitted their forms yet can do so within the specified schedule.
Schools are instructed to ensure that only those re-appear/failure students of the Annual Regular 2023 examination, who were provisionally admitted as per norms and have now qualified in all five compulsory subjects, submit their online forms.
Deviation from these guidelines may result in strict disciplinary action from the competent authority.
